We are contracted with most major insurance carriers. We are not currently seeing new Medicare or Medicaid patients.

For billing questions please contact our billing department at 719-314-3125.

 To have your medications refilled, please contact your pharmacy and request a refill. They will contact us and, if appropriate, we will refill it.

Please understand that this process can take up to THREE business days. New prescriptions require an office visit with us to discuss first.

 No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You may be billed a $40 no-show fee if you do not.

Of course, unusual circumstances will be taken into account.
